The 1937 Zane's Ranch Bridge is a single-span, Queen truss covered bridge approximately fifty-two feet long in Rosewood, Humboldt County, California. Located in a rural area south of Eureka, this bridge is almost identical to Berta's Ranch Covered Bridge, one quarter of a mile up the Elk River, with a 12-foot roadway width, which was built one year earlier.

The WPA (Works Progress Administration) was in charge of the construction of this bridge, and it was the last covered bridge built in California. Both bridges were built with native Redwood. The original white paint has long flaked off the surfaces of the bridge.
